5% Donation Regulations:

Applies to the above residential phone bundles only. Donation amount does not include any extra features, services such as long-distance, wireless modems. Not valid for business grade phone packages. 5% donation accumulates throughout first year of service. If service is canceled, the donation total year to date will be added to the donation drive's cumulative pot.

5% Donation will be given to non-profits in Spring 2010 depending on total amount contributed. Non-profit organizations will submit an application to Socket. Applications will be accepted 3 months prior to give-a-way. Applications will be reviewed by Socket for approval.

5% Donation customers will go online to view and vote for their charity of choice.

ALL non-profit organizations will receive a donation based on the percentage of votes their organization received from the customers.
