Report a Spam MessageTo report a spam message to Socket's spam managers, forward the spam e-mail as an attachment in an e-mail to antispam392@socket.net.To forward the e-mail as an attachment, right click on the e-mail and select 'Forward as Attachment'. If your e-mail program does not have this option, please e-mail our Technical Support Department at support@socket.net, with the version of your e-mail program for exact directions. Socket will review the spam message and attempt to incorporate it to improve the system as a whole by watching trends in problems that affect many of our users. Increase the Level of Your Spam Filter Protection Socket allows its customers to adjust the level of Spam Filter protection to customize it to their particular needs. For more information about the five levels of Spam Filter protection, visit www.socket.net/spamfilter.
