Socket is looking for a Sales Assistant to support and assist our business sales team. The right professional must be highly motivated and demonstrate good leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Description:
- Support requests from sales department, sales reps and executives.
- Take initiative to improve processes and implement as needed.
- Manage demanding projects as well as frequent and demanding assignments.
- Provide sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
- Screen and prioritize all requests from external sales team.
- Update owners, directors and managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
- Manage communication with sales, marketing and executive teams.
- Assist in the management of existing client accounts
- Perform administrative duties for the sales team.
- Highlight important information and take action on or forward requests to appropriate parties within and outside of sales department for resolution.
Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to take and communicate instructions effectively to team members
- Advanced presentation and project management skills
- Demonstrates proficiency at verbal, written and electronic communication
